Sidekicks for Sight: Guide Dog Puppy Raising Club

Sidekicks for Sight has been raising puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind since 1990. It's our goal to raise and socialize, healthy , happy dogs that go on to be trained as guide dogs. We are located in Douglas County, Colorado, just south of Denver.

Recent Events
October 2, 2010: The annual Colorado puppy raising workshop was held and Sidekicks attended. It proved to be a great learning and fellowshipping event, as well as fund-raising.
October 26, 2010: The Arapahoe County club, Have Paws Will Travel, put on their annual "Howl-O-Ween" party and costume contest.

December 9, 2010: Sidekicks for Sight had its annual Christmas party. Food, fun, and presents were part of the evening, and all the puppies enjoyed themselves, too.
January 27, 2011: An outing to the firehouse was fun and exciting for most of Sidekicks puppies. The club appreciates the firemen who entertained the raisers and let the dogs be socialized in an unusual environment.
February 24, 2011: Sidekicks puppies rode the lightrail as as outing. Mason, Kipton, Crawford, and Keller plus their raisers had a good experience.
